When will my preorder ship?

Preorder items typically ship within 4-6 weeks from the date of your order. We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Yes! You can cancel your preorder and receive a full refund within 7 days of placing your order. After that, preorders are final as production has begun.

Will I be charged immediately?

Yes, payment is processed at the time you place your preorder to secure your item.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the UK and to select European countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and 5-10 business days for international orders.

What materials are your products made from?

Our Winter Chill Dress features a high-quality winter blend with soft fleece lining. Our tights are made with anti-pilling fleece-lined fabric designed to last through multiple washes.

How do I care for my Royal Babe items?

Hand wash or use a gentle machine wash cycle. Do not bleach. For dresses, hang dry or lay flat. For tights, lay flat to dry to maintain their shape.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Preorder items follow our preorder cancellation policy.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes! Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
